Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Vectron, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application. Vectron is a product of TecHub.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Vectron is designed for educational purposes; however, users under the legal age of digital consent in their country should obtain parental permission.
Virtual Goods & Currency ("Taaffeite")
- No Real World Value: "Taaffeite" crystals and other in-game items have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for real money.
- Purchases: All purchases of virtual currency or VIP subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or platform policies.
User Conduct & Guidelines
Vectron fosters a safe learning environment. You agree not to:
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users in chats or groups.
- Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
- Attempt to cheat, hack, or manipulate the app's progression system.
TecHub reserves the right to ban or suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content within Vectron, including lessons, questions, artwork, code, and the "Vectron" brand, is the exclusive property of TecHub. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
Service Availability
We strive to keep Vectron online 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Vectron is provided "as is". TecHub shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the app, including loss of virtual progress or data due to technical errors.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes related to Vectron shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Enschede, Overijssel.
